Terms and Conditions

1. Offer terms. These terms and conditions detail the “Virgin Voyages' Partner ” Offer. Virgin Voyages is offering reduced voyage fares on our “Lock-It-In Rates” on select 2024 voyages to its lifestyle affiliate companies, e.g., travel, well-being, and hospitality companies, for the benefit of their employees and customers as defined by the respective affiliate companies.

Discounts are only available for the following eligible voyages in 2024 based on available inventory:

Ship: Scarlet Lady
Eligible Voyages Departing – June 16th, 23rd, 30th; July 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th; August 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th; September 1st, 8th.

Ship: Valiant Lady
Eligible Voyages Departing – August 11th, 21st, 25th; September 4th, 8th, 18th, 22nd, 27th; October 2nd, 6th, 11th, 16th, 25th, 30th; November 3rd, 13th, 17th, 22nd, 27th; December 1st, 6th, 11th, 15th.

Ship: Resilient Lady
Eligible Voyages Departing – July 28th; August 30th; October 20th; November 10th, 15th, 30th; December 6th, 14th.

Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) are also excluded.

Cabin Rates are discounted as follows with availability based on open inventory:

- Scarlet Lady and Resilient Lady sailings

• Lock-It-In Insider Cabin rates for all eligible voyages included in this offer, $699 USD voyage fare per Sailor (excluding taxes and fees).*
• Lock-It-In Sea Terrace Cabin rates for all eligible voyages included in this offer, $799 USD voyage fare per Sailor (excluding taxes and fees).*

- Valiant Lady sailings

• Lock-It-In Insider Cabin rates for all eligible voyages included in this offer, $499 USD voyage fare per Sailor for 4-night sailings and $599 per Sailor for 5-night sailings (excluding taxes and fees).*
• Lock-It-In Sea Terrace Cabin rates for all eligible voyages included in this offer, $599 USD voyage fare per Sailor for 4-night sailings and $699 per Sailor for 5-night sailings (excluding taxes and fees).*

* Final price, which will incorporate taxes and fees, is dependent on the chosen itinerary, and will be determined at time of actual booking.

2. Eligible Bookings

Eligible bookings are those purchased between 12:01 a.m. EDT on 15 June 2024 through 11:59 p.m. EDT on 6 September 2024.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions

The Virgin Voyages' Partner Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions:

• 3.1. Eligible cabins for the Virgin Voyages' Partner Offer are as follows: Lock-It-In Sea Terrace cabin and the Lock-it-in Insider cabin.
• 3.2. At the time of booking, the Sailor must enter the Access Key provided during checkout to receive the offer. The offer is not automatically applied to any booking meeting the requirements.
• 3.3. This Offer is only applicable when there are a minimum of two Sailors in the cabin. All sailors will be charged per Sailor Cabin Rates (detailed in Section 1).
• 3.4. This Offer is not combinable with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or credits; including but not limited to June & July 2024 Offer, My Next Virgin Voyage, FL Resident Rate, Fleet Summer Season Pass Offer, Brilliant 4 You Pass, Casino Rates, Interline Rates, Circles program, Promotional Net Rates, heavily reduced voyage fare discount offers, or any other previous offers.
• 3.5. The commissionable Voyage Fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be on the reduced Voyage Fare, after the Virgin Voyages' Partner Offer is applied.
• 3.6. Virgin Voyages’ Partners are affiliate lifestyle companies, such as travel, well-being, and hospitality companies with whom Virgin Voyages has a business relationship. These companies will be designated by Virgin Voyages in its sole discretion.

4. Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies apply. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time.
